Appointment Policy:
Deposit and Payment:
- Pay in full or leave a deposit; both are non-refundable in case of no-shows.
- No-shows lose the payment/deposit and must pay again to reschedule.
Late Arrivals:
- More than 10 minutes late? The service time might be adjusted or you might need to reschedule. The deposit/payment could be lost.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancel or reschedule at least 1 hour in advance to keep your deposit/payment.
- Less than 1 hour notice or no-show will result in the loss of the deposit/payment.
